Refund & Return Policy

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made through tamargreen.online (“the Site,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Return Eligibility

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of confirmed delivery, as indicated by the carrier’s official tracking information.

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, free of any damage, alteration, or defect caused after delivery.

  • Definition of “undamaged”: Products must show no scratches, stains, dents, folds, creases, discoloration, or any other physical alteration.

  • Customers are required to provide photographic evidence of the product’s condition before shipping it back.

  • Returned items must be packaged in their original packaging or equivalent protective packaging that ensures safe transit.

  • Products damaged during return shipping will not be eligible for a refund.

  • We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Customers are strongly advised to use a trackable and insured shipping method.

2. Refund Conditions

  • Prints (Fine Art Prints): Eligible refunds are limited to 50% of the total transaction amount, provided the returned prints are undamaged.

  • Original Paintings: Eligible refunds are limited to 90% of the total transaction amount, provided the returned artwork is undamaged.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.

  • Shipping fees, customs duties, taxes (including VAT), credit card or processing fees, and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • If the original order included “free shipping,” the actual shipping cost incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for items that are damaged, altered, or otherwise fail to meet the return conditions.

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at tamar11green@gmail.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return.

  • Proof of purchase must include the official order confirmation email or invoice number.

  • Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions.

  • Returned items must be shipped back to us within 7 calendar days of approval.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays, damages, or additional charges caused by customs during the return process.

4. Refund Issuance

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned item has been received, inspected, and confirmed to meet the eligibility conditions.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and in the original payment currency only.

  • Refunds are always issued to the original purchaser’s payment method, even if the item was received as a gift.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any item not returned within the 14-day request window or not shipped back within 7 days of approval.

  • Items returned in a damaged, altered, or incomplete condition.

  • Custom or commissioned artworks.

  • Gift purchases (refunds go only to the original purchaser’s payment method).

  • Exchanges are not offered; only refunds (as defined above) are available.

6. Delivery Issues

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer remains responsible for all shipping costs. In such cases, refunds will be issued minus all shipping-related costs.
