Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed on tamargreen.online. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Domestic Shipping (Israel)

• Orders within Israel are processed and shipped within up to 14 business days from the date of order confirmation.

• Business days do not include weekends (Friday–Saturday) or public holidays.

• Please note: Domestic shipments within Israel do not include a tracking number.

2. International Shipping

• At this time, international shipping is not automatically calculated at checkout.

• Customers outside of Israel must contact us before placing an order to receive a personalized shipping quote.

• International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by their country.

3. Shipping Costs

• Domestic shipping costs within Israel are displayed at checkout and may vary based on delivery location, package size, and weight.

• International shipping costs will be provided individually after contacting us.

4. Delivery Times & Delays

• Delivery times provided are estimates only and not guaranteed.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

5. Lost, Damaged, or Returned Packages

• Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

• If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist.

• If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer is responsible for covering reshipping costs.
